A healthy living can only be achieved on the basis of three most important [pillers] of human body- Proper food, Adequate Sleep and Sex. So as we see, sleep is the second most important feature for living a balanced and happy life.

And when human body gets deprived of a quality time of sleep, the equilibrium of our system gets disturbed and slowly, but steadily it could bring an abrupt and untimely end to life.

Insomnia or lack of proper sleep [ could be the consequence of many actions. ] can develop from dangerous diseases or incurable illness. But generally this is not the reason for the lacking of proper sleep in most of the cases. Therefore the disturbing resources of insomnia are.

1) Mental stress or trauma

2) Too much of brainstorming

3) Lack of minimalistic body movement.

Mostly, these are the three reasons which create hindrances in having sound sleep. It is seen, that irrespective of the divisions of social strath, near about whole of todays society is getting affected by the above mentioned vices. If our society could be rescued from these problems, people would be able to escape many a terrible diseases as they [would get peace and ] would be able to regain peace and balance in their system again by retrieving a quality time of tension free, sound sleep. Consequently a brave, new and peaceful world would be created [ which will be ], free from all the dull colours of depression , diseases and destructive, negative thoughts. This new life and new beginning could be achieved only by following the age old methods prescribed by our ancient Yog Gurus, hundred and thousand years ago, and that is NidraYoga.
